Who is Tanya, and what does she do here?

I appreciate the emphasis on me and taking personal responsibility to introduce myself as part of the FastComet team and as a member of the fundamentally different concept of thinking. Identity is a complex and ever-changing concept in general. It can be molded and shaped by our life experiences, including the places we go, our job, and the people we meet.

As a part of the FastComet Technical Support Team, I troubleshoot technical issues, identify bugs and glitches, and recommend solutions. It’s an essential service that helps our users overcome technical problems, understand the root cause of the issue, and make sure that their products work correctly. Great service suits every business, regardless of shape, size, or income. You want to be your customer’s hero when things go wrong, and a hero’s cape can fit anyone, after all.

Work may be necessary to help them achieve their personal goals (e.g., pay the bills, finance the kids’ education, gain experience to move on to a better job, and buy a house). Those who feel a sense of personal development in their careers are likelier to be loyal to the company and enjoy their work.

What makes you excited about coming to work every day?

One of the most exciting aspects of working in technical support is the opportunity to help people solve problems and make their lives easier. Knowing that you have helped someone overcome a technical issue and provided them with the guidance they need to succeed can be extremely rewarding. Additionally, technical support can be challenging and dynamic as technology constantly evolves. This can provide a sense of excitement and keep technical support professionals engaged and motivated. Collaboration is essential in technical support because many technical issues require a collective effort to resolve.

Shout out to my colleagues!!! Honestly, guys!!

I want to give our technical support team a special shout-out for their hard work and dedication. Being happy at work and loving what you do is an overall productivity booster and enhances performance. More likely to be optimistic, motivated, and learn faster also, as individuals, we all have unique talents and things that we are good at. And we’re one magical team!

Authenticity comes from finding your style and way of leading. By developing self-awareness, you gain clarity about your values, behaviors, preferences, and skills. You can then determine the gap between “fitting in” and being yourself. As I said, being Fundamentally Different is always the goal.

What is the most challenging aspect of your job, and how do you deal with it?

One of the technical support’s most challenging aspects is dealing with demanding customers. Technical issues can be frustrating and stressful for customers, making them angry or upset when seeking technical support. Coping with these customers can be challenging, as technical support professionals must remain calm, patient, and professional while resolving the customer’s issue.

And let’s say it as a woman: for today’s women leaders, success is about more than maintaining balance, breaking barriers, and achieving professional goals. Some tech problems will be easier to solve than others. Simple problems have quick fixes that will take little time to solve. At the same time, complex issues will only present a clear solution immediately. Sometimes, however, a difficult situation is more straightforward than it appears. So, ensuring you understand the problem and its causes is a priority.

Even the best companies experience unhappy customers – things go wrong, and customers get upset. This is common in customer support, and there’s no escaping it. A customer may be upset for many reasons. Still, regardless of the cause, it’s your team’s job to handle the situation appropriately. Technical support professionals can use active listening, empathy, and clear communication techniques to deal with demanding customers. They can also use de-escalation strategies to calm customers and help them feel heard and understood. We can establish clear boundaries and expectations with customers, such as letting them know what steps they need to take to resolve their issue and how long it might take.

Overall, it can be a challenging and demanding field. Still, by developing the right skills and techniques, technical support professionals like us overcome these challenges and provide exceptional customer service.

What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

Let’s go back to the central concept of me and my fundamentally different point of view. Your thoughts, beliefs, and awareness all help to color your perception. The result is an experience of viewing the world that is unique to you and only you. I like to explore my thoughts, my abilities, the world around me, and the rainbow of opportunities.

Such as Traveling and exploring new places and spending time outdoors, such as hiking or camping, whether it’s a day trip to a nearby town or an extended vacation to a foreign country. ( Aww, trust me, as a female solo traveler, I have many stories) “If it scares you, it might be good to try.”

But leaving the adrenaline, painting, writing, and crafting as a woman, I’m an art person who can take inspiration from the world around me and transform it into something beautiful. That helps me a lot to think outside the box and look outside the box. Being a tattooed girl may come with challenges, such as potential judgment or stereotypes based on appearance. However, it’s important to remember that having tattoos does not define one’s personality or abilities and should not be a barrier to success or happiness.

Let us proceed further and go to the other side of the fundamental differences.

Since a young age, I have been fascinated by astronomy and all the science related to it. Yes, correct, physics… I like physics.

One of the main draws of astronomy as a hobby is the opportunity to observe the stars, planets, and other celestial bodies in the night sky. Astronomy provides insights into any aspect of physics, including the nature of dark matter and energy, the behavior of black holes, and the universe’s origins. I tend to be a predominantly investigative individual, which means that I’m a curious person that often likes to spend time alone /most of the time, with my thoughts.

Yessss, it can be a fascinating hobby for those interested in the wonders of the universe. YES, I have a telescope!!

So far, so good; tattoed IT- Technical Support, solo-art traveler, fascinated by astronomy. And.. of course, there’s more. I’m also an active sportsperson for many years, as a part of my life and the source of my discipline and health. We are what we are because we have been what we have been. Stay close to yourself, and don’t feel guilty about it. Make your rules, set your own agenda, and be clear about it from the start. And carry it with pride in your hobbies, in your personal life, at your job, and in your head!

Now I’m curious about the craziest things you have done so far.

I’m smiling… because, as they say:

One person’s craziness is another person’s reality.

As I said above, there are loads of stories to be told. Most likely, one of the craziest things I’ve done was traveling alone in different countries because WHY NOT? Traveling alone can be a unique and transformative experience that allows women to explore the world on their own terms and gain greater confidence and self-reliance; I’ve chosen to travel alone to push myself out of my comfort zone and gain new experiences and perspectives.

I lived in different countries, crossed Europe with a camper van a few years ago, and went on a summer vacation alone. One time I went to France by bus for a few days and came back. Why not? Traveling solo can be rewarding and empowering! And I have discovered from traveling solo that I have a secret superpower – I can take care of myself. It was a new strength that I took home with me and used to look after myself at work and home. Independence also allowed me to make things happen for myself without waiting for someone else. I think that is pretty powerful, and I want to inspire others.

Being an adventurous, different kind of girl in the business industry may require some extra effort to maintain a professional image in general, but that fundamentally different concept is making excellent outcomes because having the ability to dream significant, challenge assumptions, and inspire teams — and we know how to translate big ideas into concrete action and results.

Yes, I like squeezing the fundamental logic and transforming it into a new perception.

I might sound like Achilles from Troy, but I try to be more strategic, think before I act, believe in second chances, and be less arrogant, just female technical support qualities.
