What is your favorite thing about working at FastComet?

What is the most challenging thing you have faced in your career, and how did you overcome it? 

I recognized that while I might not be diving into server configurations, I could still gain valuable insights into the hosting world. Throughout my career, I encountered significant challenges that tested my resilience and adaptability. I needed more knowledge of the hosting industry and gained experience in this field. However, with determination and the support of my colleagues, I overcame the learning curve and emerged stronger and more confident in my abilities. 

What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

When I’m not immersed in web hosting, you can find me gaming, hanging out with friends, and going on adventures with my fiancée and our French bulldog, Enzo. Life outside of work is all about balance and exploring new quests, just like in a well-crafted game. It’s about savoring every moment and embracing exciting surprises.

What’s one thing people would be surprised to learn about you? 

Here’s a fun twist to get to know me a bit better. I used to play football (known as soccer in the US) my entire childhood. Alright, keep it calm.

I know that in the end, whether it’s a soccer pitch or a football field, the love for the game unites us all, no matter how we label it. One of the craziest things I’ve done so far is scoring the winning goal in a regional Football Tournament. It was a moment of sheer joy and celebration that still brings a smile to my face. So, whether it’s on the field, in the tech world, or in any other arena, I’m all about pushing the boundaries and savoring the thrill of the unexpected. It’s the kind of spirit that keeps life interesting and full of exciting surprises. Nowadays, you’ll most likely find me enjoying a good game with a cold beer in hand, cheering for my favorite teams, rather than running across the field myself!”

If you could have any superpower, what would it be, Sinan?

If I could possess any superpower, it would be the ability to end any conflict. Alternatively, being rich like Batman would also be a superpower.

What is one piece of advice you would give to someone who is just starting in the web hosting industry?

To those just starting in the web hosting industry, my advice would be to embrace every opportunity to learn and grow. Stay curious, be adaptable, and never hesitate to seek guidance from experienced professionals. Above all, remain passionate about the field and stay dedicated to delivering the best possible service to your clients.
