Why is my account under the 45 days refund option, but the system shows otherwise when I request to cancel it?

This may be because of an existing addon or domain service you have with us.
Some of those services are not refundable, simply because we ourselves purchase them from a third party or because they were fully utilized at the time of the cancellation request.
This renders them not a subject of a refund, so the appropriate fee will be deducted from the refund.
Of course, should the addon service/domain is annual and hasn’t expired yet, you are able to keep utilizing it until its final date and then decide if you want to keep it or let it go.
