First and foremost, we would like to remind you that we generate weekly backups of all our customers on shared hosting packages. This means that we will most probably be able to restore your website if the backup that we have on file was generated before the upgrade of your website. However, the actual error message (“Class ‘Mage_Googlecheckout_Helper_Data’ not found”) is quite common and it can easily be resolved, so we believe that a restore will not be necessary.
What you need to do is to access the directory, where you have installed your Magento website. You can do that via FTP or the File Manager service within your cPanel account. Once you access the Magento directory, you need to follow the path: /app/code/core/Mage/GoogleCheckout/etc/. You will locate the following files in it: adminhtml.xml, config.xml, system.xml, wsdl.xml, and wsi.xml. Remove all of the files, except the config.xml and you will be able to access your website normally again.
If you need further assistance, feel free to open a support ticket, we will be glad to help with whatever needed.
