If you get an email bounced back with the error message provided above, this usually means that the person you want to send the mail is hosting his email with GoDaddy. As their “smtp.secureserver.net” server handles millions of mail accounts, they have to set up custom rules and spam filters that reject some emails automatically.
The error message itself means that part of your email’s content or subject has matched previously reported as spam text by GoDaddy customers. When enough complaints have been accumulated, the text which GoDaddy’s users classified as spam was added to the spam filter of GoDaddy’s server.
Do note that GoDaddy has no obligation and will most likely not reveal the offending text which is getting your emails marked as spam but you can still check by changing the subject of your email or paraphrasing the text. GoDaddy’s recommendation, in this case, is to “check your sending lists to ensure you are only sending to recipients who have selected to opt-in to receiving your mail”.
As GoDaddy have not released information on the exact filters they use and what they consider as spam, we cannot be of service to you in finding the exact reason. You can always try to get in contact with the user which you want to correspond with and tell them to ask customer support on what the exact issue is. Contacting GoDaddy directly is not the optimal solution in this case as if you are not their customer, they have the right to refuse your inquiry.
