Windu Features

Windu is available in two different versions -- Windu Basic which includes all standard CMS features as well as a large number of templates and tools to build your website and Windu Pro edition which has several advanced features such as backup, statistics, SEO tools and many more.

Windu Basic CMS is available for free and can be downloaded via the Windu official website. The Basic edition of the CMS contains all the must-have features of a modern CMS system such as Basic graphical templates, content management panel via which you can edit your pages and content, users and role management panel, file and images manager, build-gallery module and statistics.

The Windu Pro version requires a license which can be purchased via the Windu website. The Pro version has several advantages such as:

Backup manager - With this tool, you will be able to perform full backups of your website and compress them into a ZIP file which can be downloaded on your local computer to stored for later use on your hosting account.

Mass Mailing - This feature allows you to collect e-mail addresses (acquired from the contact form) and uses them to send mass e-mails in order to contact customers and visitors.

Database Tools - This useful tool for advanced users allows you to browse the file-based database tables of the Windu system.

Additionally, the Pro version includes useful content management tools such as Banner manager, Polls manager and contacts system.
